Q. What are refurbished products?
A. Refurbished electronic products MAY have scratches, dents or other forms of cosmetic damages, which do not affect the performance of the product. Products that are reconditioned by the manufacturer have been tested to meet quality specifications, some items come with 90 days manufacturer's warranty, please read product description for individual information. Q. How long does it take to process my order for shipping (shipping policy page)?
A. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday (if order is received after 9 AM Monday morning, order will be shipped on Tuesday, unless otherwise specified). Orders placed on the weekend or Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
